COVID-19 Update

Due to COVID-19, Telehealth therapy is now being offered. Contact me for details

As a therapist, I care about you and your physical and mental health. Now more than ever we need to take care of our mental health and reduce our anxiety. At the same time, we must comply with the recommendations to social distance and/or self-quarantine in order to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19 to protect each other and society. Therefore, I have decided to move all of my sessions to Telehealth therapy sessions (sessions provided by either telephone or HIPPA compliant video format) which can be done as long as both you and I are located within the state of California.

Take care of yourself

As we practice social distancing and/or self-quarantine, find safe ways to stay connected. Connect with your support groups (FaceTime, Social Media), connect with nature, and connect with your faith through prayer and meditation.

Give yourself an overflowing portion of self-compassion. Try practicing self-compassion with activities and guided meditation available at self-compassion.org: https://self-compassion.org/category/exercises/

With all the many rumors surfacing, find accurate and up-to-date information on COVID-19 from the CDC: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html?CDC_AA_refVal=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cdc.gov%2Fcoronavirus%2Findex.html

Remember. We are all in this together. You are not alone.
